My cooking sessions are customized for each individual household, so the amount of food and types of meals included will be discussed prior.

Clients can generally expect to get 3-4 days worth of dinners and a few lunches out of one cooking session.

Groceries are paid for separately by the client.

A FLAT RATE WILL BE SELECTED DEPENDING ON:

- the amount of food requested by the client

- number of servings needed per household

- complexity of the menu or dietary requirements

- amount of time it takes to prepare

HOW IT WORKS

We’ll go through a simple onboarding process where I’ll gather some information about your kitchen and eating habits. Next, I’ll curate a menu of six large dishes to be mixed and matched throughout your week. Once the menu is approved, I’ll send over a grocery list so you can let me know which ingredients you already have at home. I’ll shop for your groceries through Fresh Direct and have them delivered to your home on the morning of your cooking session. I’ll arrive to cook your meals, stock your fridge, clean up and be on my merry way!
